Beverley Thompson- has over fifteen years’ experience, as multichannel sales and business development expert who has designed and built successful sales and retail organizations at Flow, Digicel, and Cable & Wireless. Her expertise revolves around sales training, consultative selling, account development planning, sales force design, customer service and retail transformation. She also received extensive sales training in the UK and worked as a Financial Service Specialist representing the Bank of Ireland from 2008 to 2009.
While with Columbus Communications (Flow) in the capacity of Director, Consumer Sales and Retail services, (2010-2015). She conceptualized the idea of a service-based sales culture and grew retail’s sales contribution by 30 percent within two years. This led to her winning the prestigious Stevie award in the Sales and Service category in February 2015 — the only recipient in the Caribbean to have won awards in the categories of Sales Leadership and Retail Coaching Programme of the Year.
Beverley departed her senior corporate role in 2015 to set up Hulaine Strategic Services. She describes her firm as a consulting practice that is passionate about helping small, medium and large enterprises transform sales culture, strategy, processes, and competencies.
Beverley holds an MBA from the Mona School of Business and Management, UWI Mona with a special award for banking and finance concentration, and a BSc in Business Administration with a marketing major. She rounds out her qualifications with training in Project Management, Portfolio Financial Management as well as several Sales Certifications in the Value Selling methodology with concentrations in Business-to-Business and Business to Consumer sales.
