Clinton Wingrove is the CEO & Principal Consultant of HR Clinton. He is an HR Futurist, Pragmatist, and Passionator,” delegate at HR Southwest Conference, Dallas-Fort Worth 2010. He studied pure physics and electronics but realized that the skills were also appropriate to the design of processes and systems. He initially worked with 3M in clerical work measurement and design and led the design of the processes and computer systems for 3M UK’s distribution centre in Bedford, UK. He discovered that optimal processes and systems alone do not guarantee an expected ROI; technology is merely an enabler. Through a variety of line and HR roles, He studied the complex relationships between process and system design, user training, system implementation, operational management, and data management.

He is also the CO-CEO & Principal Consultant at CKT Solutions and EVP & Principal Consultant at Pilat HR Solutions.   Research into Performance Management led him to Pilat in 1988. Continued research and consulting led him to form CKT Solutions in June 2014.

He studied pure physics and electronics but realized that the skills were also appropriate to the design of processes and systems. He initially worked with 3M in clerical work measurement and design and led the design of the processes and computer systems for 3M UK’s distribution centre in Bedford, UK. He holds a Diploma in Management Studies- part time equivalent of MBA and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physics and Applied Electronic Engineering.
