Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd is presently the Managing Director of Make Your Mark Consultants, a partnership which provides business, youth development and logistic services for organizations and individuals. She has over 25 years of expertise in General Management, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. She is regarded as a change agent leading individuals and enterprises to achieve their best potential. Mrs. Coke Lloyd is the former CEO of Jamaica Employers Federation (JEF) where she served for ten (10) years. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
During Mrs. Coke- Lloyd’s service in the community she has been noted for forming several associations including but not limited to the Young Entrepreneurs Associations, Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS and the Jamaica Youth Employment Network. Another noteworthy achievement being her invaluable input to the libraries of Jamaica and the Region, spearheading several publications: “ How to Become an Employer of Choice (2004)”, “The Performance Manager (2007)”, “Ready for Work and Business (2007)”, “Employers’ Handbook (2001)”, “Corporate Social Responsibility in Jamaica (2008)” and “Decade of Arbitration”.
Mrs. Coke- Lloyd has a steadfast dedication to Jamaica’s advancement and contributed to National Development by establishing several projects of significance: The Employer of Choice Award, Employers Month, Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS, The Make Your Mark Summer Camp, CEO Breakfast and INN Chambers Series and Middle Managers Conference. In the area of employment, Mrs. Lloyd has pioneered a number of initiatives. In 2005, she spearheaded the establishment of the first Youth Employment Network (YEN) in Jamaica and the Caribbean under the auspices of the Secretary General of the United Nations, World Bank and the International Labour Organization.
Mrs. Lloyd has served on several boards, locally including: University of Technology, Jamaica (UTECH), The National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) National Housing Trust (NHT); Jamaica Productivity Centre (JPC); Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica (YEA) and internationally; the likes of the International Labour Organization (ILO) – Geneva Switzerland; Caribbean Employers Confederation (CEC) and CEATAL-OAS. Mrs. Lloyd is a current board member of Process Technology & Solutions Limited Sagicor Group Jamaica, Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited and Transformed Life Church.

She has made numerous presentations locally, regionally and internationally to include the assemblies of The United Nations (UN) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).
She holds the position of Charter President of Optimist Club of Barbican Pines and is also a member of the Womens Leadership Initiative and Women Business Owners (Jamaica) Limited. She is also listed in the Who’s WHO International to name a few.
